Hi dearest readers,

Yes the title is right. I would like to sell this blog of mine. There is only one reason why i would sell this blog which i love so much to share my thinking, because i do not have time anymore to manage this blog. But still this blog laptop hints attract many visitors especially from USA, Europe countries, Canada and China, etc. Even when i have not posted so long.

This blog is very good position in search engine like google, yahoo, because the name itself contains with keywords.

What about revenue? I only put google adsense. It is not much. But even i do not do anything still give money. In October 2009 i have submitted this blog into 100 directories. I will give this list for serious buyer.

On the Dell Mini 9, flip the netbook over and remove the two screws that secure the larger back panel into place (since it’s in the center of the netbook, it’s hard to miss). With the Dell Mini 9’s battery facing north, you’ll see a set of four large electronic pieces inside the machine; those are the hard drive, the memory, the network card, and a blank space for a nonexistent 3G card.

Upgrade the RAM

To upgrade your machine’s RAM, first open the back of the netbook and look for the memory. If it does, your upgrade is a success.

Upgrade the Wi-Fi

Upgrading the internal Wi-Fi capabilities of a netbook from 802.11g to 802.11n looks like an easy task at first to do. For starters, just because a Wi-Fi card looks like it will fit in your netbook, that doesn’t mean the card, is compatible with the operating system/motherboard combination. When purchasing a replacement Wi-Fi card, you need to know whether your netbook can support a full-height or half-height card. To verify this, remove the back of the netbook and look for the existing Wi-Fi card. Once you’ve cleared that hurdle, installing the card is an easy task. On the Dell Mini 9, for example, first remove the netbook’s rear covering. The Wi-Fi card is located in the center-right of the system; it’s the card with white and black wires (the antenna) running into it. Gently disconnect those wires, undo the screws holding the card in place, and remove the card from the slot. Overclocking represents the pinnacle of system upgrades that an average user can perform without physically deconstructing the netbook. Owners of Dell Mini 10 netbooks can rev up their CPU through the SetFSB utility.

EXTREME UPGRADES

Some of the crazier upgrades you can perform on netbooks, including the Dell Mini 9, are detailed enough to warrant their own multipage articles.

Add a Touch screen

First up is the process of replacing your netbook’s ordinary screen with a touch screen. Add a GPS Receiver

Inserting a brand-new GPS receiver into a Mini 9 sounds like an easy task, given the size of the device in question. The Dell Mini 9 certainly has plenty of room inside for an integrated GPS receiver, but unlike an average motherboard, the Mini 9’s doesn’t have any open USB connectors to simplify the powering of the receiver. Super Moderator UnaClocker of the MyDellMini forum went through the painstaking process of detailing exactly how to add an activity light to a Dell Mini 9 that has been upgraded previously with a RunCore solid-state drive. This information I get is summarized from NATIONAL CRIME PREVENTION COUNCIL (NCPC) report about PREVENTING IDENTITY THEFT.

According to U.S Department of Justice Identity theft defines as follow:

“Identity theft is a crime. Identity theft and identity fraud are terms used to refer to all types of crime in which someone wrongfully obtains and uses another person’s personal data in some way that involves fraud or deception, typically for economic gain.”

Facts and Figures

According to the U.S. Postal Service, there were almost ten million incidents of identity theft in the United States in 2004, a huge figure dwarfed only by its cost to consumers—$5 billion. And limiting your use of your personal computer may not help much: a study released in January 2005 by the Better Business Bureau and Javelin Strategy and Research reported that most identity thefts take place offline, not online—just the opposite of what many folks might think. In fact, the study found, the theft of online information accounted for only 11.6 percent of identity fraud cases.

What is the trick?

Here are some samples of identity theft trick on online activity which was done most:

Hack into a computer that contains your personal records and steal the data

Phish by sending a legitimate-looking email that directs you to a phony website that looks legitimate and asks for your personal and financial data.

“Pharm” a tactic by which criminals “hijack” whole domains to their own sites and gather the personal and financial data of users who believe they’re communicating through their customary service provider.

Send fraudulent spam emails that promise huge prizes or bargains in return for personal and financial information

HOW TO PREVENT FROM IDENTITY THEFT?

E-Commerce

Make sure nobody is standing right behind you when you’re using an ATM machine. He or she may be trying to photograph your card number and password with a camera cell phone. Always shield your hand and the screen, even if no one’s right behind you.

Pay your bills online using a secure site if that service is available.

Don’t give out your credit card number on the Internet unless it is encrypted on a secure site.

Mail Matters

Don’t put outgoing mail, especially bill payments, in personal curbside mailboxes. Use United States

Postal Service mailboxes instead, or, better yet, drop off your mail inside a post office.

Use a locked mailbox with a slot at home, if at all possible.

Don’t put outgoing mail in an unguarded “out box” at work.

Don’t write your account number on the outside of envelopes containing bill payments.

When you’re out of town, have the post office hold your mail for you or have someone you trust

pick it up every day.
